The fastest way to reach BuildCity support is email. Include your username, city name, browser, device, and a short description of what happened so the issue can be checked without extra back-and-forth.

What we can help with

Account access Login issues, email verification, lost usernames, temporary password questions, and account deletion requests.
City and save issues Missing city data, save errors, map loading problems, broken thumbnails, or unexpected population and tax behavior.
Payments and gems PayPal transaction checks, missing gem delivery, purchase questions, and shop-related support.

BuildCity is operated as a small independent web game. Support is handled manually, and messages with clear reproduction steps, account identifiers, screenshots, or PayPal transaction IDs can be resolved faster.

Security and privacy

Do not send your password. BuildCity support will never ask for your password, full payment credentials, or private authentication codes.
